SERVICES

International deliveries are shipped via FedEx Express/Express Mail Service(EMS)/UPS Express.Shipments within Japan will be delivered by YAMATO TRANSPORT, within china will be delivered by SF EXPRESS, deliveries are dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving your order if it is in stock. Internationally, there may be cases where deliveries are delayed or specific countries and regions cannot be delivered to due to factors out of our control. WTLA is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the courier or customs agencies. All first-time purchases using a credit card require BILLING INFORMATION CONFIRMATION, and will not be dispatched until confirmation in complete.



CHARGES

*In some cases, due to the size or weight of particular item(s) in an order, additional shipping charges may apply. In these circumstances, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges



When ordering goods from WTLA internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. WTLA is not responsible for any charges incurred in the recipient's country from customs, duties or taxes. WTLA has no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, please contact your local customs office.



DELIVERY STATUS

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the package's tracking information.

The “one-week delivery” does not including the duration from the day you purchased the order.
One week delivery normally is the duration after we handed the parcel to our delivery partner and it will takes 7-10 days to ship it to our customers.
